      4 The Plateau is a room. "[if unvisited]You awake to find youself prone on the ground. You look around to see a grassy field that seems to stretch on forever in all directions, ending abruptly half a meter south of you. You scramble quickly away from the edge. You look around and see an [otherwise]An [end if]endless landscape of grass, flat for kilometers in all directions except south, where it ends in an sudden dropoff."

      6 The cliff is an open unopenable door, south of the plateau and above the Desert. The cliff is scenery. The description of the cliff is "Peering over the cliff, you see a sandy expanse perhaps 5 meters below you. Maybe it's a soft landing?"

      8 Desert is a room. "[if unvisited]You leap out from the grassy plateau and fall downwards through the air, hitting the sand with a resounding thump. You find yourself in a [otherwise]A [end if]sandy expanse stretching out southward, ending abruptly to the north in a smooth cliff-face."

     10 South of the Desert is a room called the Tree in the Desert. The description of the Tree in the Desert is "An ancient, gnarled tree stands alone in the sands bleached white by the heat of the sun. Hanging from the one of the highest branches is a ladder dangling just above you."

     12 The ladder is an open unopenable door, above the Tree in the Desert and below the Treehouse. The ladder is scenery. The description of ladder is "A rope ladder connected by sturdy white branches, apparently from the tree itself. It hangs from high up in the tree, and ends 2 meters above the ground."

     14 Treehouse is a room. "[if unvisited]You straighten yourself up, and look around the platform.[end if]The treehouse is less of a house and more of a platform, built of warped branches washed as white as the rest of the tree. On the far side of the platform is a leather pouch."
