I 11 grabbed a quick bite to eat at [Tootsies]. Against the wall, I noticed a 12 large black-and-white machine. It had an almost Apple-esque minimalism, 13 with brass details accentuating its design. I was fascinated, and 14 appreciatively took note of its [Bellwether Coffee] insignia. I figured 15 it likely originated with one of the area's indigenous startup fauna. 16 17 Not long after, I saw a video pop up in my YouTube subscriptions by one 18 [James Hoffmann]. I'm not terribly engaged in the world of coffee, but 19 I do quite like James. 20 21 Lo and behold, the video began and James Hoffmann was sitting atop a 22 Bellwether Roaster! Glorious.
